Pokemon Crimson Haze... Release Day Incoming!

An exciting update just arrived at the weekend in the shape of two new reveals for the upcoming Crimson Haze expansion and cards which we can expect to see in Temporal Forces. Feast your eyes on the brand new Pinsir and Infernape AR cards for SV5A. We think these new additions are just spectacluar!

 

Update: 19/02/2024

Card reveals are finally here including a sneak peak at one of the Crison Haze SARs! So lets take a look! Release day is 22/03/2024 so the updates and future reveals will be coming thick and fast in the coming days/weeks including a big update when our Pre-orders go live for SV5A.

It has been at very most a few days since the release of SV5K & SV5M Wild Force and Cyber Judge, yet we're already hearing more and more conversation about what is coming next.

So, what do we know so far? 

Well the main giveaways are always the trademark names that Pokemon apply for which naturally is information in the public domain and with Pokemon being bigger than it ever has in its 25+ years of existence, there aint no secrets around here!

Usually we find that the up and coming English sets are comprised of roughly 3 Japanese expansions much like Raging Surf, Ancient Roar & Future Flash were for Paradox Rift.

So it's safe to assume that with Wild Force and Cyber Judge, we can expect the next expansion in line, Crimson Haze, to be the one to finish off the next trio of sets that will become Temporal Forces.

SV5K & SV5M follow the same ancient and future dynamic as the previous twin set however, Crimson Haze is to be based on the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet video games’ Teal Mask DLC.

Crimson Haze expansion will likely be centered around Pokémon introduced in the games include Dipplin, Poltchageist, Sinistcha, the Bloodmoon form of Ursaluna, and a quarter of Legendary Pokémon: Ogerpon, Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti.

Temporal Forces and Crimson Haze will release at the same time around 22nd of March and if the previous SV5 twin sets are anything to go by, we can start to expect the card reveals to start appearing around mid to late Feb with the typical drip feeding of hype leading up to the release of the new expansions.

We can also expect to be having this conversation shortly after 22nd of March when we starting digging for more information about 'Night Wanderer' & 'Mask of Change' but we'll make sure to keep you all informed as the rumours begin!
