Pre Orders with Japan2UK.
We regularly sell items that are Pre Order products to guarantee customers an allocation of a product before it is released. All Pre Order items that we sell as a company are dispatched upon the date stated in the pre order item description. These are always dispatched upon release in customer purchase order with no exceptions of different postage method levels.
Once you have purchased a pre order product we will honour the price you paid at the time of purchase for the number of items you have purchased. We aim to give the most accurate prices before release, however this may sometimes fluctuate up and down due to the nature of the product you are purchasing. We will not be able to credit or refund any differences if the price of a product you have purchased on pre order drops before or after release. Equally we will never ask or demand further payment if the price of the product goes up before or after release.

Any in stock items purchased with preorder items will be sent upon the last preorder item coming into stock. Please make any purchases for in stock items separately to preorder items if wishing to receive within our in stock dispatch time.
If you wish to split your order after ordering, so that your in stock items can be dispatched; please feel free to contact us at : help@japan2uk.com and we can facilitate this for you by invoicing you for the extra delivery charges if your order doesn't fall into the free postage brackets.
